Andrea Larabie, the student services coordinator at Le Cordon Bleu, was nominated for Ottawa Tourism's Stars of the City Customer Service Award.

The Ottawa Tourism's Stars of the City Customer Service Award recognizes the front-line people who go to great lengths to someone's day in Canada's Capital Region oustanding.  Andrea will receive a certificate and Stars lapel pin.

"Andrea was unfailingly helpful and friendly. She is very proud of Ottawa and suggested many places to visit" said the visitor to Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa.

At the end of each program year, nominations are put forward to an independent panel of judges, and winners are selected in several different award categories. Then, at the annual Recognition Evening, one nominee is named our region's Star of the City. In recognition for their achievement in customer service excellence, the new Star receives a beautiful award, and valuable prizes and they are featured on the Stars nomination brochures and posters the following year.
