The Awareness Program and Fundraising Scheme

On the 27th of November 2009, Le Cordon bleu Sydney Culinary Arts Institute supported the ‘Movember’ Awareness Program and Fundraising Scheme by organising a Cheese and Wine Afternoon where students were able to taste a variety of Australian produced wines.

Presented by a Wine Merchant, the students were taken on an educational journey tasting different wine varieties from Australia’s premium producing Regions and a range of tasty cheeses to match. In between the presentation and tastings students were able to socialise with Le Cordon Bleu staff and other Le Cordon Bleu students at varying stages of their studies. It was an enjoyable and successful afternoon.
