A showcase of our "savoir-faire" at a gastronomic Tea Party

Le Cordon Bleu London, Superior Pâtisserie Tea Party, Tuesday February 17th 2009

Every term, our Superior Pâtisserie students organise a Tea Party. They prepare a delicious selection of fine cakes and pastries to enjoy with a gourmand tea. For this special occasion, one of our demonstration rooms is transformed into a lively Tea Room! Our students invite friends and family. It is a real opportunity for our students to showcase the skills acquired throughout their training.

Our last Tea Party was held on Tuesday 17th February 2009 and was a real success! Our students put all their talent in creating beautiful and delicate pastries, much to the delight of their guests, who experienced firsthand the quality of our Pâtisserie training!
