LE CORDON BLEU Ottawa is equipped with two state-of-the-art demonstration rooms, and three industry standard practical kitchens.
Our practical kitchens hold a maximum capacity of 15 students as we believe that small class sizes allow for more emphasis on personal development.

At the Superior level our students prepare and serve lunch twice a week at the Bistro Cordon Bleu application restaurant.
Also, we are the only Culinary School in the world to be affiliated with a “5 diamond restaurant” , Signatures Restaurant.
