Pastry&Bakery 2 days workshop

Le Cordon Bleu opens the Pastry & Bakery 2 days workshoop for Le Cordon Bleu alumni students from June 10th to June 11th. This hands-on experiences allows the more knowledgeable professionals the opportunity to innovate. All necessary ingredients and quipment are provided, and you are free to take home your day's work.

  1. Prerequisites: Le Cordon Bleu Diploma graduates
  2. Program: 10th -Lesson 1(Pastry) Chocolate -Lesson 2(Bakery) French bakery, Viennoiserie  // 11th- Lesson 3(Pastry) Pastry with exotic fruits -Lesson 4(Bakery) 4 kinds of different French bread
  3. Time: 9am to 4 pm
  4. Tuition: 100,000KRWper a Lesson
