Celebrating the year of the potato 2008, designated by UN, Le Cordon Bleu conducts a Le Cordon Vert demonstration class on 29th February from 6pm to 8pm. In this class, chef presents several vegetarian menu using potatoes. This class also includes tasting time and the fee is 30,000KRW.
