Discover the art of chocolate with Chef Julie Walsh

Le Cordon Bleu Henley Food Festival, Saturday 16th May at 4.15pm, VIP lounge

Le Cordon Bleu Henley Food Festival Le Cordon Bleu head pâtisserie chef Julie Walsh will perform an artisan chocolate centre piece demonstration in the VIP arena of the Henley Food Festival on Saturday 16th May at 4.15pm. She will explain all the techniques involved in the art of chocolate: tempering, moulding, piping, brushing and sculpting!

At the Henley Food Festival, we will also have our own demonstration arena and a Le Cordon Bleu boutique. Our boutique customers will have the privilege to enter in a raffle competition to win the following prizes:
1st prize: Le Cordon Bleu-Whustof professional knife set
2nd prize: Le Cordon Bleu gourmet hamper
3rd prize: A demonstration at Le Cordon Bleu London for 2
