Chef Armando Baisas is a world champion for Ice Carving

Chef Armando Baisas, world carving champion, will come to Le Cordon Bleu Henley Food Festival

Le Cordon Bleu London is delighted to welcome Chef Armando Baisas, the World Carving Champion, from Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. Chef Armando will be our prestigious guest chef on the Henley Food Festival on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2009. He will perform 2 exclusive demonstrations throughout the festival on Le Cordon Bleu marquee:
Ice carving on Saturday 16th May from 11am to 1pm
Fruits Carving on Sunday 17th May from 2pm to 4pm

Chef Armando will also take the opportunity, while he is here in London, to lead a demonstration at our school for our students on Tuesday 19th May at 7.00pm.

Chef Armando Baisas joined Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa in 2000 as a Master Chef Sculptor/Instructor. His mastership of carving is recognised worldwide. He has received several prestigious awards throughout his career (1997 ice-carving World Champion and 4-time Winterlude Champion). He has held his title as the world champion for ice carving since 2008!
