Superior Cuisine Students Dinner Party

Every term, our superior cuisine students organise a dinner party. They have to work as a group to create a menu to the theme of their choice and to a set budget. Students demonstrate their creativity and the culinary skills they have acquired during the course.

This term's superior cuisine students impressed their guests with a 6 course menu of the highest standard! Have a taste of this amazing menu below:

Foie Gras and Rabbit Pressed Terrine with Apple and Hazelnut Salad
