“A Taste of France “, a week of French culinary arts and French fashion, will take place in the French residency of His Excellency, Monsieur Huges Pernet, French Ambassador to Uzbekistan, and in the Zakaynar Gallery of the Centre of National Arts of Tashkent.
This exceptional festival is organized by the French Embassy in Uzbekistan and sponsored by conglomerate, Zeromax.
The cultural Uzbek television channel, TV Markaz, will cover the events to introduce the first French festival of its kind in Uzbekistan.
Chef Bruno Stril of Le Cordon Bleu Paris will lead the culinary program with master classes for local professional chefs and gourmet food enthusiasts. Chef Bruno Stril will also orchestrate the Gala Dinner on May 24th.
Other actors on the stage representing the French culinary world will be the Gosselin Bakery, cheeses from Androuët, pastries from La Maison Dalloyau as well as the head wine sommelier from the restaurant Le Cinq located in the Four Seasons Georges V.
