The fourth 2015 session Le Cordon Bleu Paris Graduation Ceremonies took place on November 13, 2015. The ceremony was held at the ‘Cercle de l’Union Interalliée’ with graduate’s family members and friends.

The students participated in a conference led by Sylvain Huet, the French 'Sake Samourai', aimed to provide participants with an introduction to Sake, with a particular focus on Hiroshima sake.

Co – hosted by Gekkeikan and Le Cordon Bleu Japan, participants will experience the traditional sake brewing processes under the guidance of one of the leading sake brewers in Japan. e practical learning experiences will also be supported by theoretical lectures, formal sake tastings and a special food and sake dinner.
