Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is looking for Chef Instructor – Thai Cuisine (Part Time) as following qualification below details:
Job Purpose: To work for the Thai Cuisine workshop and with the other chefs to successfully deliver the highest possible standards of teaching to students, customers and staff at all services.
Conduct the Thai Cuisine workshop following with the menu and standard of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School.
Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu to be able to provide relevant information to customers and students.
Interact with customers at every service period ensuring that the service is running smoothly and that customers are happy with the service they are receiving.
Operate a set of pre-service checklists to ensure all area and recipes are fully sourced and ready to service.
Working with the production team regarding to order the recipes and stock the product.
Minimum of 3-5 years culinary or Thai cuisine experience.
