Part-time Instructors

Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu is considered today the largest network of culinary and hospitality schools in the world with more than 35 institutes in 20 countries and 20,000 students of over 100 nationalities are trained every year.

Since 2007, in a joint-venture with Dusit International, the leading hotel group in Thailand, Le Cordon Bleu offers French cuisine and patisserie curricula that are the same as those of the other Le Cordon Bleu schools in Europe.

In 2018, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is launching an innovative Diploma of Culinary Management for young entrepreneurs seeking to open their foodservice operations.

In order to complete its team, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is looking for Part Time Instructors as following qualification below details:

 

Applicants are required to display mastery of the subject matter and teaching abilities:

Mastery of the subject matter

a. Hold a degree in the discipline or field of expertise
b. Demonstrate a thorough, current and accurate knowledge of their field of expertise.
c. Display ability to connect underlying theories with current practices in foodservice.

Teaching abilities

a. Able to plan and organize and document instruction according to a given syllabus and learning outcomes.
b. Employ a variety of teaching and learning strategies (Problem-based activities, Case Studies, Assignments, Simulations & Projects) that will engage student learning.
c. Demonstrate sensitivity to student’s needs and circumstances along the course.

- Gastronomy & Food Trends
- Kitchen Management
- Food & Beverage Cost Control
- Restaurant Marketing
- Company Establishment & Entrepreneurship
- Restaurant Finance
