Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia has been expanding well since 2012, we are offering a position for Bakery Pastry Chef. We welcome industry chef in the related field with teaching experience to join the team.
Experience: At least 8 years working experience in a reputable organization (renowned Bakery & Pastry shop, Michelin Star Restaurant, Fine Dine Restaurant, Hotel). Applicant with at least 5 years teaching experience in the related field , in a renowned cooking school, preferably at one of the Le Cordon Bleu schools
* Good Knowledge of the foundation of the French pastry
* Carry a professional education qualification
* French nationality
* Good command of English proficiency
* Fair computer application
* Able to work long hours, under pressure, weekend on adhoc basis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a pleasant atmosphere in a multi-cultural environment
* A disciplinarian possessing exemplary teachers’ qualities
* Past Teaching experience in a Culinary School will be an advantage
