"Korean Kimchi & Le Cordon Bleu: A Meeting of Flavors, Tastes and Cultures".
This cookbook created in 2004 by the Agricultural & Fishery Marketing Corporation
( AFMC ) / KATIC and Le Cordon Bleu, presents a selection of recipes based on
Kimchi
( the most traditional produce of Korea ) using French techniques.
