Mastering Macarons



Macarons are a classic French dessert item and iconic sweet treat loved by people around the world since the Middle Ages.

These elegant treats are made with meringue, almond flour and buttercream filling and offer limitless flavour options - from classic salted caramel, to lavender and honey, or the wildly fanciful fig and foie gras.

Our expert Pâtissier will teach you the art of producing perfect macaron shells in a festive range of colours, delicious flavours and decadent fillings during this 1-day workshop.

You will take home a selection of macarons in mouth-watering flavours such as:
  • Raspberry Rosewater
  • Sicilian Tart (pistachio dacquoise, pistachio mousseline and fresh strawberries)

And the recipes to recreate macarons at home for your own festive moments.
