Epic Truffle Masterclass

Experience the earthy and indulgent flavours of truffles with award-winning chef Tom Milligan of Le Cordon Bleu Australia and Amanda Reboul of Brisbane's fine food and wines retailer, The Truffle Man.
Let Amanda guide you through the fascinating history of this delicacy, while Tom demonstrates three mouth-watering dishes: Black truffle, celeriac and pearl barley risotto, Black truffle chawanmushi, shiitaki, bonito; and Black truffle and wild mushroom bouchees with pecorino snow.
Utilising techniques and ingredients available to the discerning home chef, this cooking demonstration is the prefect opportunity to uncover delicious new recipes to your repertoire.
