Perth Introductory Scholarships

In celebration of our new Perth campus, which opens in July 2017, Le Cordon Bleu is proud to offer two generous tuition scholarships.
Valued at AUD$20,000 each of these scholarships are towards the new Bachelor of Business (Convention & Event Management) and Bachelor of Business (Tourism Management) being delivered at the Perth campus.
Scholarship: Tuition fee (only) reduction valued at AUD$20,000 dispersed over three years.
Le Cordon Bleu Gastronomic Tourism Scholarship
Scholarship: Tuition fee (only) scholarship valued at AUD$5920 to undertake two units from the Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism.
Le Cordon Bleu Australia supports individuals seeking to undertake professional development to further their career. A tuition scholarship (valued at $AUD5920) will be awarded annually to an outstanding gastronomic enthusiast to undertake two units from the Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism programme. The Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism is a Southern Cross University award delivered online. Ideally suited to those seeking a deeper understanding of food and drink culture and the ethical, economic and social impacts of food and wine tourism,this programme explores a broad range of topics from gastronomic history and taste culture to event planning and communication. Award recipients can choose two units from the award programme to study as part of their scholarship.
This scholarship is open to all professionals who are currently working or have worked in a food, travel or education related role in the six months prior to the application period. Applicants must meet the entry criteria for entry into the programme in order to qualify for the scholarship.
Vocational Education and Training Scholarship
Endeavour Vocational Education and Training (VET) Awards Scholarship
Scholarship: Financial support for up to 2.5 years for international students from participating countries to undertake vocational education at Diploma, Advanced Diploma or degree in any field of study in Australia.
Courses are traditionally non-academic and directly relate to a trade, occupation or ‘vocation’ in which the applicant participates. These courses exclude degree and higher level programs normally delivered by universities.

The Daniel Shanahan Memorial Scholarship (NZ residents only)
Scholarship: Tuition fee (only) reduction valued at AUD$30,000 for the Bachelor of Business (International Restaurant Management).
Daniel Shanahan was a student of Saint Kentigern College - Pakuranga & the Auckland Hotel and Chef School before graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu Bachelor of Business in 2003. Sadly Daniel passed away in 2004 as his career in the Hospitality Industry was just beginning. Daniel was a passionate and enthusiastic student who enjoyed his studies and was an excellent ambassador for Le Cordon Bleu. This scholarship was launched at the 2004 Le Cordon Bleu Graduation Ceremony in honour of Daniel.
