Create a range of delicious pastries and tarts in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchens, from a selection of recipes such as:
  • Raspberry and hazelnut tart
  • Raspberry and lime tart with decorative meringue
  • Traditional frangipane tart
  • Chocolate tart with salted caramel and blackberry
  • Ginger brulee tartlet
  • Traditional flaky quiche
  • Parisienne custard flan
