If you have an appetite for food and wine writing, Le Cordon Bleu is offering an exclusive taste of Tasting Australia by becoming part of the media corps.

A five-day course run by experienced food and wine journalist David Sly will cover a busy program of events and the chance to interview key chefs, winemakers and identities involved in the festival.

Have your stories published online and receive invaluable feedback to master narrative structure, develop news sense and apply editing techniques across three distinct disciplines of writing – reportage, opinion and review.
