Le Cordon Bleu Australia is delighted to welcome you, as part of its range of cuisine lessons dedicated to bread baking, and introduce you to the secrets of making Italian specialties.
Fresh bread doughs come in a variety of traditional and specialty flavours from the classic dinner breads to sweet breakfast & dessert breads.
The 2-day hands-on Mad About Italy Workshop will cover pizza dough, pane acido, focaccia, ciabatta, sfogliatelle, bombolini (donuts), zeppole, through to making cannoli and panettone (sweet bread loaf).
