Join our master Cheese Maker in a professional cheese making facility, who will guide you in the methodology of making your own fresh cheese (a 'lactic set') to take home and enjoy.
You will also create a decadent triple cream cheese which will be stored on the premise to age (attendees can collect at completion of the ageing process and take home).
