【News from Kobe Campus】Chef Patissier Cyril Garcin's SAYONARA Demonstration

 

Cyril Garcin had been the Chef Patissier of Le Cordon Bleu Kobe for 4 years, since autumn 2009. He decided to move to new adventures, and left at the end of July.

His delicate intuition and asserted technical skills coupled with a genuine sense of creativity had numerous pastry creations take a shape under his fingers for the greatest pleasure of all, like his SAYONARA “Farewell” demonstration proved one last more time.
