Graduates will be both innovators and protectors of tradition, helping to revitalise and strengthen local and regional food cultures.

This online Le Cordon Bleu program is delivered in association with Southern Cross University in Australia to participants throughout the world. Program options include: Graduate Certificate (4 courses), Graduate Diploma (8 Courses), and Master Degree (16 Courses).
