              Hiroshima Sake Seminar

              Le Cordon Bleu is pleased to share this popular sake seminar with our students in Tokyo following the special Hiroshima Sake collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
              This seminar provides an insight into the history and culture of sake, the varieties, brewing process, and how it can be served and paired with food. Naturally, the seminar includes an exciting tasting session of sake exclusively from Hiroshima paired with food tastings prepared by Le Cordon Bleu Chefs.

              Lecturer:
              Sebastien Lemoine
              Born in Normandy (France), Sebastien Lemoine first came to Japan in 1987. Eclectic culture buff, he travelled extensively throughout the country over the years, while pursuing an international banking until 2012. A long term resident in Tokyo and certified sake professional, he has since been focusing on playing his part in staging sake and its cultural heritage for the benefit of a wide audience.
