Impress your friends and family by taking macarons to the next level, with our Thai Flavoured macaron workshop – prepared from the exotic and unique flavors and aroma of Thai fruits and herbs.
In this workshop, you will incorporate 8 delicious and unique flavors of – Mango Sticky Rice, Jasmine, Pandan, Lemongrass, Thai Tea, Som-Sah (Citrus Aurantium or bitter orange), Tamarind, and Satay (Curry Peanut Sauce) into your macaron fillings. You will also learn the techniques of how to make the perfect macaron shells.
On the Agenda:
The workshop is held in a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.

Included in the price:
- A 6-hour practical session, all ingredients, a recipe folder with notepad and pencil, apron and hat.
Remarks:
- Participants should be at least 17 years old at time of application
- While no prior knowledge is required for this course, it is recommended for cooks with some experience, dedicated amateur cooks and those seeking to further their culinary skills. All of the food created during the session are yours to take home with you.
**This workshop is a demonstration of macaron making and its fillings with some practical applications, participants may have individual or group hands-on activities in creating the macaron and some of the fillings, but you will receive all fillings and flavors to take home**
