Join us in March 2016 for our Regional Thai Food Specialty – Isan Food Workshop. Participants will discover a culinary journey through the delicious food and culture of North Eastern Thai as we known as ‘Isan’.
Participants will learn unique Isan cooking techniques from our Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor who will take you deep into the heart and soul of Isan food.
- Isan style - Grilled chicken with Isan chili sauce
- Spicy minced duck salad
- Variety Som Tam dishes (Thai-style and Isan-style)
