Eclair (New Flavours)
Come and join our Éclair Workshop. This course will take your basic home baking skills with a day of lessons in the basics of pâte à choux, the foundation of French pastry dough, which is used in making so many French treats, techniques for piping the éclairs and making fillings, as well as decorations.
