Come and join us for our steak workshop in “Chef's Perfect Beef Cooking and Sauces Secrets”. Participants will learn about the different cuts of meat from the cow, understand how to prepare them for cooking, and learn how to prepare a rare, medium and well-done steak for different tastes. Students will also learn the correct techniques and temperatures for cooking premium steaks and prepare white & brown stocks and sauces such as:
- Shallot sauce
- Béarnaise sauce
- Choron sauce
- Grebiche sauce
- Béchamel Sauce
This workshop and our Chef’s expertise will help you prepare and cook the perfect steak for all occasions. You will end your day with these delicious steak dishes cooked by our chef in class with a glass of wine.
