Atelier of Tarts
This one-day workshop is designed for people who enjoy making tarts at home. Participants will learn how to make a “Chestnut Tart” and a “Tarte Citron Meringue” and techniques of how to prepare the tart doughs and line tart rings, including:-
- Preparing and baking sweet pastry
- How to make almond cream using “Cremage” method
- Making homemade French meringue
After the workshop, you can relax and enjoy tasting the tarts and/or you can take them home for sharing with your family and friends – along with your new Culinary Workshop Certificate!
