Participants will learn how to make macaron shells and the techniques of preparing several tasty fillings – Vanilla, Peach, Olive Oil, Apricot-Cinnamon, Chocolate-Hazelnut, Chocolate-Passion, Chocolate Noir, Wasabi-Ginger, Cream Caramel, Maple syrup & White Chocolate – including all you need to know for creating different garnishes.
