The galleries are designed to give you a sense of the learning environment present at the school. 	The Splendor Of France French Floristry and Le Cordon Bleu lunch event held at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Ryde Campus, with floristry demonstrations, chocolate sculptures inspired by French architecture and more.
	Julie & Julia Sydney Premiere The Sydney movie premiere which was held at the Dendy Cinema Opera Quays was also a resounding success. Glitz, glamour and hand made chocolates greeted guests who were treated by current Le Cordon Bleu students showcasing their skills by creating the hand made chocolates themselves on campus.
	Facilities & Equipment for On-Campus Students The facilities at the Ryde Campus are world class and include 16 fully equipped commercial and specialty kitchens, dining rooms, bars, food science laboratories and computer rooms. The campus library incorporates an extensive collection of culinary texts, journals, video materials, database and internet research facilities. The Counselling Unit provides counselling in career or course directions, financial and personal issues. The Adult Education Unit provides tutorial support and assistance with English language. There is a Student Association and a Student Cafeteria.
	Students' Work Professionals, amateurs and gastronomic enthusiasts come to Le Cordon Bleu for a superior culinary education. All instruction is given by Master Chefs. Most of them have earned numerous awards and distinctions throughout their careers and have judged in culinary competitions. At Le Cordon Bleu, students at all levels learn from the Chefs’ expertise, experience and personal interpretation of the culinary arts. The unrivalled Le Cordon Bleu teaching methodology combines demonstrations followed by hands-on practical classes.
