              Internship Program

              Internships are a privilege reserved for students who have received Diploma of Cuisine, Diploma of Pastry, or Grand Diploma at high-end hotels, restaurants and pastry shops for their valuable work experience that not only stands out on a resume, but also gives them a taste of how a real kitchen operates. Superior Cuisine and Pastry students will receive details on applying for Internships during the session. Students considered for internships must have attained solid academic results such as least “Good (over 76 point)” score at each level in all courses and shown evidence of exemplary conduct in areas related to punctuality, attendance, and discipline.

              Length of internships is at least 1 month up to 4 month and it may be changed upon provider’s circumstance. Student will be placed only once at each Diploma in Cuisine or Pastry, hence, Grand Diploma holder gets two chances. Le Cordon Bleu – Sookmyung Academy has an authority to reject the student’s application who did not meet the least requirement.
