Our world class team of chefs creates a new exciting lunch menu every week allowing you to enjoy a choice of entrée, main course, and dessert at a fixed price of $34. Our dinner menu offers even more variety with seasonal changes that showcase local products.
In addition, the atmosphere at Signatures Restaurant aims to enhance your dining experience through elegant French country décor from Le Cordon Bleu’s sister company, Pierre Deux. Several dining rooms are available, including five private salons for private gatherings and intimate dining. In addition to Signatures Restaurants, Le Cordon Bleu's Casa de Francia Restaurant was opened in 2003 as a non-profit application restaurant. Located in the former French Embassy in Mexico City, Casa de Francia is the result of a gastronomical cultural project with the objective to spread the art of French gastronomy to aspiring professionals from Mexican hospitality schools. Under the direction of an executive chef, scholarship students learn to run a restaurant through practical experience. Casa de Francia provides students with the opportunity to work with fresh, high quality ingredients in a professional atmosphere to create traditional and Mexican fusion dishes.
Café Le Cordon Bleu is located at our culinary arts, wine and management school in central London and represents the first European café from Le Cordon Bleu.
Just seconds from the British Museum and overlooking the secluded Pied Bull Yard, the café is open for breakfast, brunch and lunch. It offers a selection of dish of the day, artisan breads, pastries, viennoiseries, sandwiches and salads that are made on site by our classically trained chefs.
Our Café in London provides a window to Le Cordon Bleu, with all products reflecting the level of excellence taught to our students.
Le Café Le Cordon Bleu has opened alongside the Seine in the 15th district, Paris.
A varied selection of artisan breads, pastries, freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, gourmet salads and daily specials are available at the café. With menus to suit every time of the day, the institute’s café is the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch, which can be eaten inside the café or outside on the terrace – or be taken away to eat at home.
The café’s menu, which celebrates the creativity and expertise of Le Cordon Bleu Chefs, contains a wide, seasonally inspired, selection. Using only the best ingredients, some of which come from the Institute’s vegetable roof-garden, Le Café Le Cordon Bleu offers a range of quality food, prepared daily on-site.
