Alongside theory classes, one or a number of internship(s) are included in the students’ training programme so that they can get a taste of their chosen sector: prestigious establishments, gastronomic restaurants, new restaurant concepts, Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury and other hotels in Paris, prestigious pastry shops, etc.
The internships enable students to develop their skills in the field and to put what they have learnt in class into practice, to understand how a company works and to gain experience, etc.
The internships at Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute last between 2 and 6 months depending on the programme. These internships represent a real pedagogical partnership with the companies that welcome our students. The teams from the School ensure that the professional supervisor transmits the values of the profession to each student carrying out an internships.
