Demo and Tasting

Our World Class Chefs reveal the secrets of the Culinary Arts!

In specially designed classrooms with overhead mirrors and video screens, Le Cordon Bleu World Class Chefs will share the techniques for mastering the art of French cuisine or pâtisserie. After the demonstration, the group is encouraged to educate their palate and discover the subtleties of French cuisine by tasting the completed dishes.

This is a wonderful experience with lively discussions between the participants and the Chef.

Demo and Practical

The private group will attend a demonstration during which the chef showcases either cuisine or pastry techniques.  During the Practical Class, the group will prepare the dishes from the demonstration in state-of-the-art kitchens.
