Listed at number 58, Moon Park will now be on the map for Australian diners, and we look forward to the continued success of our accomplished alumna Eunhee Park, co-owner and head chef of Moon Park, a Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme graduate.

Tasty treats at Unibazaar
Sweet stand at UniSA for current students

Current students Clari Ng and Isaac Lim have put on a sweet stall at the University of South Australia Unibazaar to display their Pâtisserie skills. Both students hope to open a pâtisserie, or bakery, near the university campus one day, so this was an ideal occasion to see if the students enjoyed the wonderful treats on offer.

With a selection of handmade cookies, brownies and delicious hot chocolate, the stand attracted many a sweet tooth on the day. Congratulations to both students on their intiative!

Adelaide Open Day
Campus on show for future students

It was time for the annual Open Day at the Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide campus on Wednesday 27th August. A chance for future students to visit the campus, get a taste of the classes, and what is on offer. Visitors got to join in on Chef demonstrations, coffee workshops, sensory skills, as well as guided tours of the campus.

For those students keen on a career in hospitality, it was a great chance to see Le Cordon Bleu from the inside. And next week it will be Sydney’s turn, with the North Ryde campus open to visitors on the 4th September.
