London Master Chef’s Compete at UK Pastry Open
Restaurant Show 2013

Le Cordon Bleu London Master Chefs Javier Mercado and Nicolas Belorgey demonstrated their vast skills and expertise at the UK Pastry Open on Monday 7th October. Chef Mercado triumphed as the winner of Best Sugar Showpiece for his spectacular sculpture as he competed alongside the country’s finest pastry chefs.
