Adria graduated in 2013 with a Diplôme de Cuisine and quickly went on to set up her own healthy eatery and juice bar in Fitzrovia, Maple&Fitz. We caught up with her recently and her culinary business is going from strength to strength as she’ll soon be opening her second outlet. Congratulations Adria!
