Le Cordon Bleu Paris Culinary Arts Diploma graduation ceremony took place on June 6. To celebrate this occasion, students and their guests were invited to the salon Concorde, in the prestigious West-In Hotel in Paris. Chef Alain Dutournier was the patron of the class.  Voted “Chef of the Year” by his fellow chefs in 1996, awarded Chevalier dans l’Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur (2007) and Officer of the Order of National Merit (2011), Chef Alain Dutournier is a recognized figure of cuisine in France and around the world.

Kelly Donati, Winner of the 2013 Hautes Etudes du Goût Scholarship
A Le Cordon Bleu Scholarship

Kelly is a lecturer in gastronomy at William Angliss Institute and previously taught part-time in the Gastronomy program at the University of Adelaide where she completed her Master's degree in 2002. She is former president of Slow Food Victoria and continues to work closely with Slow Food Melbourne.

2012-2013 Class

Le Cordon Bleu Paris « Art, Science et Management du Vin » diploma graduation ceremony took place on June 6 2013, at the famous Hotel Westin. To celebrate this event, David Biraud, Chef Sommelier at the Hôtel Mandarin Oriental Paris, accepted to be the Class Patron.

Highlight on Panama with Chef Patricia Miranda
Guest Chef

Le Cordon Bleu Paris had the pleasure to welcome Chef Patricia Miranda from Panama to celebrate Latin America and Caribean Day, which took place in France on the May 31. We had the honor to host the Panamanian Ambassador to France, Mr Henry Faarup, his wife, Liz de Faarup and their guests for this culinary demonstration which was exclusively reserved for Le Cordon Bleu Paris students.

Juan Arbelaez, Grand Diplôme 2008
Alumni Story

In 2007, Juan decided to follow his childhood dream and passion for Cuisine and enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. He graduated in 2008 with a Grand Diplôme having completed the Cuisine and then the Pastry diploma with flying colors. Juan Arbelaez is now Chef of La Plancha in Boulogne Billancourt.
