9th Class for HEG and Graduation Ceremony for 2012 students

Hautes Etudes du Goût (HEG) welcomed this year their 9th class : 25 participants from 12 different nationalities. During 15 days, the students attended an exceptional program, completed by educational meals, workshops and visits. University professors, researchers and professionals are among the gastronomy and fine dining experts who delivered the courses. On October 22 the graduation ceremony for the 2012 students was held in the Jean Falala media center in Reims.

A workshop full of flavor in honor of Peruvian Cuisine
Cuisine du Monde Workshops

Peruvian Chef Lourdes Pluvinage from El Picaflor restaurant in Paris and Le Cordon Bleu Chef Instructor Iman Bogen combined their knowledge and skills in this one day course. Chef Pluvinage explained the strong regional biodiversity and cultural influences of Peruvian cuisine and guided the participants to prepare three delightful dishes.

French Minister Guillaume Garot visits officially Le Cordon Bleu Seoul in Korea
During the French Gourmet Festival

On November 1st 2013, during the French Gourmet Festival, which showcases French products, Mr Guillaume Garot, Minister of the Agri-food industry, visited Le Cordon Bleu Seoul in Korea. For more than 10 years, Le Cordon Bleu Korea has been committed to preserving French culinary heritage and know-how, as well as transmitting the excellence of culinary arts programs in Korea.

Mango and Passion fruit ‘religieuse’ choux pastry

This is the recipe made by Chef Jean-François Deguignet during the “Fête de la Pâtisserie” which took place at the French President's residence - the Élysée Palace - in Paris, on Monday September 30, 2013. The National Confederation of Artisan Pastry Masters selected 150 Pastry Chefs including Le Cordon Bleu Paris Pastry Chef.
