The chef & the bug - The culinary experience
On October, 25th 2016, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School was honored to
co-organize the insect seminar and provide the public with an amazing culinary experience.
With an honorable invitation from “The Delegation of the European Union to Thailand (EU)” for attendance at "The chef and the bug: Talking about insects. Then eating them” in collaboration with Bugsolutely, AETS Consultants, Kasetsart University and the valuable support of Bugs Café.
