The ultimate reunion!
Reunite with Le Cordon Bleu London alumni and teaching team to create a pop up restaurant within our exceptional facilities on 22nd September 2016.
Return to school as the chef or wine professional you are today and showcase a unique three course meal for up to 70 people in partnership with Grub Club, creators of supper experiences for Londoners looking to gain access to top chefs in unique dining spaces.
Separated into two teams; cuisine and patisserie, you’ll design a concept menu hand in hand with one of our Master Chefs from the ingredients provided in a mystery basket.
Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management alumni are also encouraged to apply to help create an exciting wine list that compliments the dishes and provide a five-star service for the culinary teams.
