The fundamentals of Boulangerie are covered in this unique, specialized 12-week course offered only in Ottawa, designed specifically for those wishing to pursue excellence in the craft of Boulangerie.

Classes are conducted by a Chef Instructor in a hands-on workshop format with a low student-to-teacher ratio. Classroom theoretical instruction is also provided as part of the well-rounded program.

2013 So You Think You Can Cook
Norcliff Farms

Congratulations to our current Pastry student, Valentina Pardo Navarro.  She is the winner of the “2013 So You Think You Can Cook “ Fiddlehead Culinary Competition held by Norcliff Farms.

As the winning college student, she will be participating in a May 3 fundraising dinner in Toronto.

Celebrate Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa's
25th Anniversary

On Saturday June 1st, 2013 in conjunction with Doors Open Ottawa, Le Cordon Bleu will celebrate its 25th anniversary in the City of Ottawa.  Our historic building, built in 1877, will be open to the general public for demos, facility tours and tastings.  Come and take part in this fantastic free event !
