In July and August 2012

Visit Paris, and take the opportunity to participate in a cuisine or pastry demonstration by a Chef from Le Cordon Bleu. These demonstrations are part of the Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts program. The ambiance is studious but convivial. Places are limited, do not miss the chance!

A historical gala dinner in Chongqing

A Gala Dinner was organised for the first time by Le Cordon Bleu in the city of Chongqing, China. In partnership with the Sheraton Hotel, the dinner honored French cuisine with an exceptional tasting menu designed and prepared by Chef Eric Bediat, a Le Cordon Bleu London teaching chef.

Le Cordon Bleu Chefs reveal their recipe. Here they present a French adaptation of the Turkish dish "Imam Bayaldi", which combines three vegetables typical of Mediterranean cuisine including eggplant, zucchini and tomato.
