Our Workshop was a succes because the students did diferent tipes of sauces like Roquefort, Green Pepper, Béarnaise, Beurre Blanc and Choron, among other plates to accompany these sauces.
And if that was not enough, the Chef who teaches this class was our Culinary Director, Chef Arnaud Guerpillon that, gracefully to the enthusiasm and dedication of each student, he managed to make a very fun dynamic and to learning preparing such sauces.
