On Thursday 9th August, the Starlight Foundation held their 5 Chefs gala dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel Adelaide.
Le Cordon Bleu students were offered the opportunity to assist in the function.
Nine culinary students worked in the kitchen along side the 5 chefs, Tobias Gush form Chianti Classico ,Travis Kerkman from Marquee, Tony Hart from Intercontinental Adelaide, James Brinklow from the Lane and Tim Bourke from Southern Ocean Lodge.
There was also nine students working as food and beverage attendants.
It was a great opportunity to network with industry.
