Among the various events organized during the exhibition, we can note:
The World Pastry Cup, which was held on January 25-26. A total of 22 countries participated in this competition. The three teams on the podium were :
- Gold Medal : Italy
- Sylver Medal : Japan
- Bronze Medal : USA
