"Michelin Guide Shanghai" will be officially released in the second half of this year therefore become the 28th Worldwide Michelin Guide in 2016. This afternoon, at the Shanghai Le Cordon Bleu Career Fair, most favourite restaurants in Shanghai, among them Michelin Guide in Shanghai-rated restaurants such as Joel Robuchon, 81/2 Otto E Mezzo BOMBANA, Mr. & Mrs. Bund, Marc Restaurant, Hakkasan, had a collective debut for recruitment.

With the announcement of upcoming Michelin Guide Shanghai is overwhelmingly shared on WeChat moments by various Chinese restaurants, which are sister restaurants of many famous overseas Michelin star restaurants. Students of Shanghai Le Cordon Bleu and its graduates from all campuses had close exchanges with staff working in these "popular listed restaurants" this afternoon. Catering practitioners, from international renown five-star hotels, like the Shanghai Pudong Ritz-Carlton and popular French bakeries in shanghai jointly attend the Vocational Activity Day today. These favourite restaurants, hotels and bakeries have provided work opportunities nationwide, including Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen.

Mark who is the lovely two-star Michelin chef in MARC Restaurant and Bar personally comes to the scene and interacts with the students; Bobo Lee as one of the successful Le Cordon Bleu graduates, also hopes more and more younger graduates to join his team; Brian comes from Brian Tan Concept speaks highly of the quality of these graduates. It is known that the Career Fair of Le Cordon Bleu is regularly held every three months according to its course features. It mainly provides employment platform for graduates in Shanghai and graduates in all campuses of Le Cordon Bleu International, and also establishes a long-term cooperative relationship with famous hospitality enterprises in Shanghai and China as well as the whole world to supply good hospitality talents and internship opportunities for them.

Le Cordon Bleu Shanghai Campus started the first classical cooking course in April, 2015. More than 300 students have successfully graduated so far and on the way to get their ideal jobs. Also, some graduates start their own business with a big success or devote themselves into consultancy work of various fields.
