Le Cordon Bleu is pleased to announce the winners of the full scholarship offered to potential students within Australia. Applicants for the scholarship were asked to write an essay detailing how studying with Le Cordon Bleu would benefit their future hospitality goals and endeavors. This was then followed by a face to face interview with a panel of Le Cordon Bleu staff and board members.

Congratulations to the following successful students!

Juliana Wu
Juliana applied for the scholarship due to her love for food. She strongly associates food with her family and the warm, welcoming feelings that good food and company can evoke! Juliana looks forward to bringing these associations with food into her studies.

James Spinkston
James has currently completed his Year 12 at Concordia College in Adelaide. He was inspired to apply for the Le Cordon Bleu scholarship and study hospitality due to the great service he experience during his travels throughout South East Asia with his family.

Chloe Olsen
Chloe came to Adelaide as a boarding student and finished her high school studies at Westminster High School. She currently works in the hotel industry and this experience is what sparked her interest in Le Cordon Bleu. While Chloe does have a great love for cooking, in five years’ time she hopes that she is managing a hotel.

Rudi Tan
Rudi is a recent graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Diplome de Cuisine in Sydney. Having travelled a lot in various other industries, Rudi has indulged in many amazing cuisine experiences. Rudi looks to build on the strong food foundation that he has already gained at Le Cordon Bleu with the management degree.

Jana Schnetler
Jana applied for the scholarship to gain an understanding of the management involved in running a restaurant. With experience in the hospitality industry already, Jana is interested in learning about the management side of the industry before pursuing her keen interest in patisserie!

Chloe Rickaby
Originally from the Coonawarra region in South Australia, Chloe has been boarding at Wilderness School for her high school years. With some waitressing experience already, Chloe hopes to use this opportunity to gain more of an understanding of the Hospitality Industry before perhaps beginning a career in hotel management or even wine marketing.
